Name the network explicitly
An Ethereum-style address does not prove that a receiving service supports every network that uses a similar address format. A comparison should name the exact chain as well as the asset. Support for ETH on one network does not establish support for a different representation elsewhere.
Gas and customer charges
Ethereum uses gas to price execution on its network. That network mechanism is separate from an operator’s fee policy, and the amount charged to a customer may be presented differently. Read a current quote rather than assuming a network is always cheap or expensive.
Account conversions add another layer
Some services display a currency value while accepting a digital asset. Establish whether the underlying balance stays in ETH, when conversions occur and which exchange-rate basis applies. A price change can affect the fiat value without changing the number of coins.
A useful research record
Record the asset, network, minimums, quoted charges, account unit, source and date. Keep identity requirements and operator review times in separate fields. Combining all of these into a single “fast crypto” badge removes the details that make a comparison useful.
