The terms describe identity-document checks before the first withdrawal.

The short assessment

Shuffle is a useful case study in the difference between a crypto payment method and the identity requirements of an account. Readers should evaluate the verification terms directly instead of inferring anonymity from the use of digital assets.

What the public sources establish

The contract names Natural Nine B.V. and states Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1337/0628. Its verification section describes government-issued identity-document checks, including before the first withdrawal, and possible requests concerning the source of funds or wealth. We have not independently verified the licence or performed the workflow.

Verification timing changes the experience

A document requirement at withdrawal can feel very different from one completed before any money is committed. The comparison should record the stated trigger, the documents accepted, possible follow-up questions and the way a reader can challenge a mismatch. An estimated processing time cannot guarantee a particular outcome.

Source of funds is a separate question

Proof of identity establishes who a person is. A request about the origin of funds asks a different question and can require different evidence. A review should not describe a basic identity check as the maximum possible compliance requirement.

Do not confuse an interface with settlement

An account may show a pending withdrawal before any transaction exists on-chain. Until broadcast, a block explorer cannot establish the operator’s progress. After broadcast, the network state still does not explain every internal account decision.

What we can conclude

The published verification language is relevant and should be read before comparing convenience. Our source review does not establish average payout time, reserve coverage or the quality of support. We have assigned no star rating and make no promise that this service is available to a particular reader.
