Cloudbet Casino Review: Games, Welcome Rewards and Crypto

Cloudbet combines casino, live tables and a sportsbook with an unusually detailed published asset-network catalogue. Its Welcome Package is an activity-based sequence of rewards over the first 30 days, so it should not be compared with a single immediately available deposit match.

Our Cloudbet review

Cloudbet combines casino, live tables and a sportsbook with an unusually detailed published asset-network catalogue. Its Welcome Package is an activity-based sequence of rewards over the first 30 days, so it should not be compared with a single immediately available deposit match.

Documented strengths

  • Casino, live tables and sports coverage
  • Published catalogue separates coins and networks
  • Dedicated help pages explain the Welcome Package

Important limitations

  • Welcome rewards require qualifying activity
  • Processing estimates exclude some account-review delays
  • Payment subsidiary and gambling operator have different roles

Casino games and sportsbook

Cloudbet’s public navigation separates sports and esports from a casino that includes slots, live dealer tables, blackjack, roulette and baccarat. The product scope makes it a relevant comparison with Stake for readers evaluating a casino and sportsbook in one service.

A combined wallet is convenient only if the rules of the two products are understood separately. Sports settlement, voided bets and eligible odds are different questions from a slot’s RTP or a live table’s payout rules. A casino promotion should not be assumed to apply to sports, and a sports offer should not be evaluated using a slot-wagering example.

The 30-day Welcome Package

Cloudbet’s help centre describes a Welcome Package over the first 30 days. Its components include casino daily cash drops and rakeback, plus weekly sports cash drops, with benefits unlocked through qualifying activity. These are several conditional rewards rather than a single cash balance credited at registration.

For a fair comparison, identify which component is relevant, how it is calculated and when it can be claimed. A theoretical maximum accumulated across a month is not equivalent to an immediate deposit match. Nor does a “cash” label answer every question about eligibility or expiry. Consult the component’s terms, not only the introductory package page.

Crypto assets: compare the chain, not just the coin

Cloudbet’s published catalogue distinguishes assets from networks. Alongside BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL and LTC, it lists additional assets. The ETH entry includes Ethereum, Arbitrum, BNB Smart Chain and Base. The USDC entry includes Base among its routes.

This network detail is more useful than a headline asset count. Two sites can both advertise Ethereum while accepting different transfer routes. Similarly, a USDC balance on one chain is not automatically compatible with a USDC address on another. A wrapped representation of an asset also needs to match the cashier’s exact supported token. Our network compatibility guide explains the common naming traps.

Deposits, withdrawal timing and fees

The official deposit guide tells users to check the current token, network and minimum and to obtain the current deposit address from the account. Some routes also require a tag or memo. A remembered address or an old payment screenshot is therefore not sufficient evidence of the current destination.

Cloudbet’s withdrawal help claims most crypto withdrawals are processed instantly, while some can take up to 24 hours. We have not measured that claim. Approval and broadcast are distinct stages; blockchain confirmation comes after an operator sends a transaction. The actual fee and minimum should be read from the selected route rather than inferred from a general speed statement.

Operator, licence and payment-company roles

The terms identify Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. as the gambling operator and state Curaçao licence OGL/2024/328/0599. They also name Solas Technologies Limited in connection with some payment methods. These are different roles: seeing a payment subsidiary on a statement does not mean it is the entity providing the gambling service.

For a dispute, retain the account’s applicable terms and identify which entity is responsible for the issue. Country restrictions and verification requirements still matter for a crypto account. A Curaçao licensing statement does not establish local authorisation in every country from which a page can be viewed.

Cloudbet compared with Stake

Cloudbet vs Stake focuses on documented network coverage, a 30-day welcome structure versus ongoing VIP rewards, and the distinction between product breadth and tested service quality. If you are comparing stablecoin routes, read USDC payments explained before treating two identical ticker symbols as the same payment option.
